Love one another — labour and give
“Love one another; as I have loved you.” — John 13:34
How We Gather
Jesus said, “A new commandment I give unto you, That ye love one another; as I have loved you” (John 13:34). “Six days shalt thou labour, and do all thy work: But the seventh day is the sabbath of the Lord thy God” (Exodus 20:9–10). Righteous men labor their six days — and have to give to him that needeth (Ephesians 4:28).

Six days shalt thou labour“Six days shalt thou labour, and do all thy work: But the seventh day is the sabbath of the Lord thy God” (Exodus 20:9–10). “Six days may work be done; but in the seventh is the sabbath of rest, holy to the Lord” (Exodus 31:15).
Work — that he may have to give“Let him labour, working with his hands the thing which is good, that he may have to give to him that needeth” (Ephesians 4:28). Skills and service in the six days lift a brother.
Search the scriptures“Search the scriptures; for in them ye think ye have eternal life: and they are they which testify of me” (John 5:39). Open the scripture library when a question weighs on you.

Let him that stole steal no more: but rather let him labour, working with his hands the thing which is good, that he may have to give to him that needeth.
