My Father's House · Room 9 of 12
Men Growing · identity in Christ · purity · forever marriage
Jesus said, “Abide in me, and I in you” (John 15:4). “Six days shalt thou labour, and do all thy work” (Exodus 20:9); “let him labour, working with his hands the thing which is good, that he may have to give to him that needeth” (Ephesians 4:28). This room helps men trade hard self-talk for a godly view — and take steps toward the man who can love, provide, and, when needed, be present for his children. Answers here lean on scripture and the stories God already told — not private opinion.
Type the hard sentence you tell yourself. This tool answers with who you are in Jesus Christ, using scripture, Bible stories, and how God intervened — not private opinion — plus the Father’s words as scripture records them, and practical steps. When Paul, John, or any witness is named, the destination is always Jesus Christ — hear ye him.
Disclaimer: HPO.Center and My Father’s House are not responsible for what you type into this tool or for how you interpret its output. This is a safe space — inputs are not saved as a thought journal; we do not build a file on your darkness. The tool maps themes to scripture, Bible stories, and recorded divine intervention — truth from the Word, not editorial opinion — with identity in Jesus Christ and the Father’s words as scripture records them. When witnesses like Paul or John are named, the destination is always Jesus Christ — hear ye him. It will not affirm self-harm, hatred, violence, or despair as your identity; it redirects toward life, hope, and Christ. This is not counseling, legal advice, or medical care. If you are in crisis, seek immediate local help.
Prep
Portion ripe fruit and greens for the freezer, then blend cold. That’s the core habit — nutritious, simple, repeatable.
Wash produce. Slice bananas, mango, pineapple, melon. Hull berries. Portion into freezer bags or trays so one bag ≈ one smoothie.
Lay bags flat so pieces freeze separate (not one brick). Greens can go in cubes with a splash of water, or chopped in a bag.
Liquid first (milk or water), then frozen fruit, then greens/yogurt. Start low, then high. Add liquid if it stalls — don’t force the motor.
Serve soon, or fridge briefly. Re-freeze leftover blend only if your fridge/freezer habits stay clean — when unsure, make fresh.
Blend
Spinach is welcome. Milk: almond, cashew, or regular — your call.
Almond, cashew, or regular milk — your call.
Spinach and kale bring folate, nitrates, and lutein. Observational work links higher leafy-green intake with slower cognitive decline in aging adults — a nutrition signal, not a miracle.
Rhythm
Pick a span. Stack the habits. Go steady — soup cooled, not scalding.
Steady reset
Build water, sleep, and egg habits before you push harder.
Focused cleanse
Daily rhythm: water first, walks, fruit/veg smoothies, honey over sugar.
Long game
Slowly eliminate sugar. Same sleep time. Soup over tea — cooled, not scalding.
One bottle after ~8 hrs sleep — start hydrated.
Common adult framing: ~3.7 L men / ~2.7 L women total fluid from all sources — or ~8 cups as a simple thumb rule. Listen to your body; Jose Jr found a full gallon/day too much.
Anchor your clock; consistency beats intensity.
Daily protein anchor — simple and steady.
Move the body; clear the mind.
Peanuts, walnuts — real food between meals.
Use the recipe tiles — spinach & kale welcome.
Almond, cashew, or oat when it fits you.
Swap refined sugar for honey — then taper.
Jose Jr says no to tea and no to scalding liquids. Prefers soup cooled to a safe serving temperature.
Hydrate steadily and listen to your body. Jose Jr tried about one gallon a day and found it too much — Jose Jr does not push a full gallon on anyone. Needs vary with activity, climate, and health. Common framing (Mayo summarizing adequate-intake research): about 15.5 cups / 3.7 L total fluid daily for men and about 11.5 cups / 2.7 L for women — from all sources, not plain water alone. “About 8 cups” is a simple starting point.
Jose Jr personally says no to tea and no to hot liquids in the body. On this plan Jose Jr prefers soup over tea, and lets soup cool to a recommended serving temperature or lower. That is Jose Jr’s habit — not a prescription for you. This section does not promote tea.
Kitchen herbs and traditional botanicals appear in research and folk talk about parasites. Shared for learning — not a cure, not dosing, not a protocol. Suspect infection? See a clinician. Ask a doctor before concentrated oils.
Golden culinary spice; lab/animal work sometimes explores antiparasitic interest.
Kitchen staple; phytotherapy surveys often include garlic when mapping plant antiparasitic activity.
Spice vs. essential oil are different — never self-dose oils.
Traditional food often mentioned in folk parasite discussions; evidence varies.
Traditional formulas / research interest only — not for everyone (pregnancy, kids, interactions).

Mind
Body and mind grow together — love the process.
Inhale through the nose, exhale through the mouth — daily. Helps anger, stress, and anxiety. Don’t only exhale through the nose; that can keep tension in.
Write the hard line, then switch it to a godly, useful view. Same practice as the Men Growing reframer above.
Open the reframerPrefer indie / new sounds and positive lyrics over sad loops that keep you stuck. What you replay becomes the room you live in.
Overall · scripture forms a better man
Stories and life principles across the witnesses hold true and allow becoming a better man. Any man can relate. Scripture does the teaching; we only point.
OT
Labor, commandment, mercy; Cain’s warning; David’s repentance; dreams weighed carefully (Joseph, Daniel).
Read the booksNT
Jesus on anger and life (Matthew 5:21–22); single-minded light (Matthew 6:22–24); fruit of the Spirit (Galatians 5:22–23); honest work; wise, measured speech.

— one day at a time.
Six days shalt thou labour, and do all thy work: But the seventh day is the sabbath of the Lord thy God: in it thou shalt not do any work, thou, nor thy son, nor thy daughter, thy manservant, nor thy maidservant, nor thy cattle, nor thy stranger that is within thy gates.
Ye have heard that it was said by them of old time, Thou shalt not kill; and whosoever shall kill shall be in danger of the judgment: But I say unto you, That whosoever is angry with his brother without a cause shall be in danger of the judgment: and whosoever shall say to his brother, Raca, shall be in danger of the council: but whosoever shall say, Thou fool, shall be in danger of hell fire.
But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, Meekness, temperance: against such there is no law. And they that are Christ's have crucified the flesh with the affections and lusts. If we live in the Spirit, let us also walk in the Spirit.
Let him that stole steal no more: but rather let him labour, working with his hands the thing which is good, that he may have to give to him that needeth.
And they all cried with one voice, saying: Yea, we believe all the words which thou hast spoken unto us; and also, we know of their surety and truth, because of the Spirit of the Lord Omnipotent, which has wrought a mighty change in us, or in our hearts, that we have no more disposition to do evil, but to do good continually.
All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness: That the man of God may be perfect, throughly furnished unto all good works.

Growth architecture
Abide, labor, love, seek the kingdom, receive the Spirit — scripture first.
“Abide in me, and I in you… for without me ye can do nothing” (John 15:4–5). Stay with Jesus daily — His words, prayer, and the Father's will.
“Six days shalt thou labour, and do all thy work: But the seventh day is the sabbath of the Lord thy God” (Exodus 20:9–10). “Let him labour, working with his hands the thing which is good, that he may have to give to him that needeth” (Ephesians 4:28).
“Thou shalt love the Lord thy God… and thy neighbour as thyself” (Matthew 22:37–39). “A new commandment I give unto you, That ye love one another; as I have loved you” (John 13:34).
“Seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you” (Matthew 6:33). “Well done, thou good and faithful servant… faithful over a few things” (Matthew 25:21).
“The Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things” (John 14:26).

Discipleship · the Word
Scripture speaks of taking up the cross, losing life to find it, the grain of wheat that dies and bears fruit, and faithfulness unto death. These are martyrdom and discipleship texts — solemn, public witness in the Word. They are not the same subject as any personal plant or consciousness experience below.
Then said Jesus unto his disciples, If any man will come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross, and follow me. For whosoever will save his life shall lose it: and whosoever will lose his life for my sake shall find it.
Verily, verily, I say unto you, Except a corn of wheat fall into the ground and die, it abideth alone: but if it die, it bringeth forth much fruit. He that loveth his life shall lose it; and he that hateth his life in this world shall keep it unto life eternal.
Fear none of those things which thou shalt suffer: behold, the devil shall cast some of you into prison, that ye may be tried; and ye shall have tribulation ten days: be thou faithful unto death, and I will give thee a crown of life.
For what is a man profited, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul? or what shall a man give in exchange for his soul?

Sources of what “dying for Christ’s sake” has meant historically include the Gospels, Acts, Revelation, and the long memory of the church’s martyrs — always weighed by Jesus’ own words, never by spectacle.
What follows is Jose Jr’s own spiritual works and testimony — one person’s path of seeking, not a how-to for anyone else. Read Jose Jr’s story below, then open the scriptures that speak beside it. For open hearts who want to understand; others may pass by. This house records the witness carefully, with hard boundaries.
Jose Jr’s real terrain — always named as Jose Jr — included how to deal with other people; spiritual attacks (including occult / witchcraft opposition, named carefully and without spectacle); dreams; spiritual experiences; and single-minded focus and discipline under Christ. The sections below keep those themes with the rest of Jose Jr’s witness: putting off the natural man / ego, scripture study, Melchizedek and reverend context, respectful plant–nature spiritual connection, sacrifice for Christ and new creation, life after despair, mind and health research, and HPO.Center built afterward.

Jose Jr learned how to deal with other people under pressure — measured speech, peace where possible, and minding Jose Jr’s own affairs (see 1 Thessalonians 4:11). Soft answers and clear boundaries mattered more than winning arguments.
Jose Jr also faced seasons of spiritual attack, including opposition Jose Jr understood as occult / witchcraft pressure. This house records that soberly: not as entertainment, not as a how-to on the occult, and never as fear-theater. The foundation remains Jesus Christ — try the spirits (1 John 4:1), stand in the Word’s call to put on the whole armour of God, and refuse anything that does not confess Christ come in the flesh.
Dreams and spiritual experiences were part of Jose Jr’s path and are weighed by scripture and the Spirit of truth — held when they point to Christ, repentance, and love; set aside when they lead to pride, terror, or darkness. Alongside that, Jose Jr practiced single-minded discipline: one clear loyalty under God, not a double mind split between fear and faith (Matthew 6:22; James 1:8).
Jose Jr is a spiritual being who sought to put off the natural man — what many today call the ego — through prayer, scripture, and disciplined inner work. The world may label plant medicine a “drug.” In Jose Jr’s frame, Jose Jr used plants to connect spiritually and with nature — sacred, cleansing work aligned with cultures that treat such plants with reverence, not party culture. Readers are invited to weigh this testimony prayerfully for themselves; disagreement is respected without debate.
Book of Mormon passages on putting off the natural man
Mushrooms belong in this same witness — not a separate hostile category. During Jose Jr’s mind research and heart-cleanse season, mushroom therapy was part of what Jose Jr explored — unconventional, personal, and not a recommendation. Jose Jr did not party. Jose Jr used what was available for mind improvement: speaking positive words, real spiritual work, practicing calm, patience, breathing, and steadiness under the pressures of life. Soul travels; spirit is renewal. The testimony ends there as Jose Jr’s real life. We share information. We do not recommend it to others.
Jose Jr came across this as a life discovery that helped clear the mind completely. No outside opinion changes that positive experience. Jose Jr helps people now. Meditation, breathing, and sound for mind clarification were part of the season; much unfolded “new in the moment.” Jose Jr reports no headaches since age 22 (now 34). Information from over a decade ago.
During that spiritual experience, Jose Jr reports meeting Jesus Christ. In Jose Jr’s testimony, Christ held Jose Jr’s hand and, smiling, addressed Jose Jr as “his father” — words Jose Jr attributes to Christ in that encounter, shared here carefully, without embellishment, and as personal report only. This house does not present that moment as doctrine for others, nor as a path to seek; the foundation remains Jesus Christ, and HPO.Center is not responsible for how anyone else receives or acts on this witness.
To this day Jose Jr thinks nothing of Jose Jr’s own standing — preferring a lowliness of mind that esteems others (Philippians 2) — and continues an ordinary life while understanding much that unfolded then. Jose Jr respectfully weighs others’ counsel, yet remains steadfast in what Christ spoke, because that word accords with how Jose Jr’s life has gone; Jose Jr will not go against it. Jose Jr hopes others can receive this sharing in peace, and is also content to live privately. Thank you for the support.

In Jose Jr’s words — a professional testimony
I share because many people haven’t made it through the despair I once knew — to the other side where hope and purpose return. I share this in case it helps someone else hold on. I made the sacrifice for Jesus Christ. I left the body in spirit; I died for Christ’s sake in my understanding; I saw Him as I left; my soul was saved; I returned and found life for His sake. Others have testimonies like this who have not been open — I am choosing to be open. I let go of the old to become a new creation in Christ. I live in my purpose: to help others in this kind of healing and growth, and with my services and skills through HPO.Center.
I made this choice at twenty-two. Most people did not agree. I needed the spiritual plant medicine for my soul and spirit. It lines up with scripture in my witness. I live as if I made the right decision regardless of opinion. Humbly, I see all things working in my favor. Everything I created and did works whether they believe it or not — at this point they can let go, or simply say okay.
I am a bit extreme — I know that. I risked my life on my own for Christ, without hurting anyone. I am alive today after coming through suicidal despair: through Christ, and through mind and health research I did on my own. If you are in a dark place now, please seek help — local emergency services, a crisis line, or a trusted person. Your life matters; hope and recovery are real.
I grew up in a strict household. I did not go out much. I studied scripture a great deal to understand how the spiritual works. I hold Melchizedek priesthood in my tradition; I also hold a reverend title and other church-related activity. Years later in Baldwin Park I received the Holy Spirit — outer witness of life meeting the inner experience. More than most things, I prefer to study scripture and learn something new — and to mind my own affairs. If you would like help — in growth as a man, or with work through HPO — I am willing to help.

Tabernacle wood and tree of life — educational, not a how-to
Scripture names shittim (acacia) wood in the tabernacle work, and the tree of life from Eden to Revelation. Separately, some anthropology and ethnobotany discussions note acacia-related plants in wider DMT / sacred-plant conversations. That is educational context people may study — not a claim that the Bible names DMT, and not a how-to.
Simple English: scientists in different places study consciousness, near-death reports, and compounds like DMT or psilocybin in careful clinical settings. Multiple institutions publish peer-reviewed work — Johns Hopkins, Imperial College London, and others. These links are context only — not hit pieces, and not “proof of God.” Research interest is not approval to copy Jose Jr’s path. Personal experience only; not a recommendation.
Research and sources above carry their own publication dates. This age timeline is here so readers can see clearly when Jose Jr began this spiritual work — and when HPO.Center came later.
After this experience, HPO.Center was built with study and will. Before the company, Jose Jr prepared self-taught and with professors; much of the craft was not school curriculum — it was learning to make real-life situations work and be solved properly. Developer partnerships were obtained; infrastructure was tested in real-world scenarios so the work would hold. We frame that as vocation and fruit afterward — professional stewardship — not as plant marketing.
